Romania holds the Presidency of the Council of the European Union during the first half of 2019, a time frame which coincides with the debut of the implementation of the recently adopted Council Resolution on the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027.

Building on the former Structured Dialogue, but in line with the objectives of the new strategy, the EU Youth Dialogue aims to foster an exchange between policy-makers and young Europeans, with a view to engaging them on youth relevant policy topics.

The EUYC will approach the employment topic from the future of work perspective, the second conference will look for responses that can be provided by the education and training of the youth workers, while the third one will focus on youth policy at national level and the particular situation of rural youth.
